What to Expect with Visibill

Our new e-bill provider, Visibill, comes with access to more vendor options (credit card companies, loan servicers, financial institutions, and more), but some providers (utilities and telecoms) may no longer offer e-bills under the new system. E-bills will still show your key payment details like due dates, amounts, and balances, but statements will no longer be pulled directly into Bill Pay.

The updates will not impact any of your current scheduled and recurring electronic/paper payments, and your previously pulled e-bill statements will remain accessible in your document vault.
